What we require for filing a German patent or utility model application

 Name and address of the applicant
 Description, claims, abstract, drawings (if any) (documents may be in any language)
 Names and private addresses of the inventors, information as to how the applicant acquired
     the right to file the application (patent only)
 Date, serial number and country of the priority application
 Priority document (can be filed later)
 Power of attorney (can be filed later)

What we require for filing a European patent application

 Name and address of the applicant
 Description, claims, abstract, drawings (if any) (documents may be in any language)
 Names and private addresses of the inventors, information as to how the applicant acquired
     the right to file the application

 Priority document (not for Korean and Japanese priorities)

 Seat and nationality of the applicant
 Description, claims, abstract, drawings (if any) (in German, English or French)
 Names, private addresses and nationalities of the inventors
 Priority document
